STANDARD ITEMS You may return any non-personalized item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer. PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ITEMS Because name puzzles and custom pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless there is a fault or we have made a mistake. Please check spelling carefully when you order. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to return a damaged item first. OUR MISTAKE If we got something wrong, wrong item, wrong spelling, wrong finish, we will fix it at our cost, every time.
