Everything we sell is made by hand in our own workshop, so please read this before you order, especially if you are buying for a specific date. PROCESSING TIME Every order is made to order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks before your order ships. Personalized and custom pieces take no longer than anything else. Processing time is separate from delivery time. DELIVERY We ship within the United States with tracking. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as it is on its way. SHIPPING COST Flat rate of $9.95 anywhere in the United States, whatever you order. For international orders, please contact us first and we will quote you. PACKAGING Wooden toys are heavy and we pack them accordingly. Every order is wrapped and boxed to arrive undamaged. ORDERING FOR A DATE Because pieces take 2 to 4 weeks to make, birthdays and Christmas need a head start. Tell us your date when you order, or call (828) 726-7367 first, and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it. LOCAL PICKUP Yes, local pickup is available in Granite Falls.
